On Monday the 26th we went to Fort Parker State Park. We got to see the main f ort but the visitors center was closed. It was kind of disappointing because w e didn't get the whole picture. But we still had a great time. My favorite par ts were the block house, thats were the fire down at people that are trying to attack the fort, and the little door that leads to the spring were they get t here water. This little door was really cute because it was a lot smaller than regular doors. The only problems I see in this door is it is a good way for t he enemy to get in and tall people would have trouble getting through, this wo uld be kind of good if the enemy was also tall. Another problem is that if you are being attacked you can't get water. I really hope that I can go back some day.
