Snowman

This year Christmas was extra special. It was unbelievable. It was the first time in Texas. Well it might have not have been a first time thing, but it was a first in a long time. It snowed in Houston, Texas!!!! Oh Ya! It snowed on Christmas Eve. We had already opened our Christmas Eve presents when it started to snow. We were happy. We had never seen snow in Texas. It was almost uplifting. Also, very very heart warming. Our Grandma Mary and Grandpa John were here too. they were equally thrilled. We went outside and there was snow everywhere. The backyard porch was white. The roof was white. Even the lawn was white. We have these plants that have leaves like cups or bowels. They were almost full to over flowing. And you can guess what we did. We made a snowman. He was pretty big. I made the bottom ball. I went to the car and made a reasonably sized snow ball and placed it one the ground. Then I would at first roll the ball to about the size of a small pumpkin. Then I would roll it a little way then push down to compact the snow. We made three balls and made the snowman. It was that last bit of snow around on the block.
