This book is about the attack on Pearl Harbor. Adam is a boy that is always moving. Adam's dad is in the navy and is never in the same place for long. Now Adam and his family are in Honolulu. One day Adam and some friends go fishing when they hear the roar of plane engines overhead. But they are not American planes but Japanese. Suddenly he sees his fathers ship sink under the waves. Adam is desperate to learn more about the war and his father. Mistaken for a sailor he helps the wounded sailors to safety. But none of them were his father. One sailor was s burnt that his skin came off in Adam's hand. One ship no one even tried to look for survivors. It was the Arizona. And guess which ship was Adam's father's. Yes, it was the Arizona.
